Room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Customer service was excellent. The ease of the PIN code for the door and the text updates were helpful. Highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

Fabulous time in Truckee and Gravity Haus. Great room. Living area. Small kitchen. Perfect. Close to hiking which we did. Great food nearby and pubs. Close to Lake Tahoe which we visited (Tahoe City). Sat by the lake. Just a great 3 day getaway. Recommend Gravity Haus. Restaurant on site.

Central location, near dining, shopping- enjoyed the quiet stay with front door parking- responsive kind staff

Pleasant staff. Free use of snow shoes and sleds. Cute cozy cabin albeit it became too warm and the heating was centralized so I had to crack open a window to feel comfortable in bed. Great access to beach which had a ton of snow when we were there.

Location, location, location! Right on the beach. Literally. Sweeping views of Lake Tahoe. Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, barbecues, beach volleyball, fire pit and swimming pool. Rooms are comfortable, with a kind of a cabin theme. Older strip mall next door features a ramen joint, Mexican restaurant and cannabis shop if that's your thing. So many things to do here. Too bad their beach wasn’t accessible when we visited but they had other private beaches we could use. Staff was to notch. We aren’t fans of the casino but it was nicely separated. Great location with so many great activities & restaurants within walking distance.

Great location- walk across the street to get to bike trails and beach access. Hotel is cute with lots of rustic reclaimed wood and nice decor. Had great wine and watched Monday night football at Uncorked with some friendly locals. Only minor downside is showerhead was from about 1976 so the shower experience wasn't as great as I assumed it would be with all the other uogrades and attention to detail

I loved that the property was within walking distance to literally everything! We walked to the state line for the events attended. The Inn was clean and didn’t have any strong smells like chemicals cleaners or even an old musty smell. I don’t care where I stay so long as the room and bed I sleep in is clean! Some stuff like breakfast wasn't very good and they run out so fast of food and dishes and stuff my tv never work but overall was fine all clean an cozy..friendly staff.

Desk is only open from 7am to 9pm. We typically arrive late, so thankfully we got in around 8:30 pm! I get cold seats even now at how close we were to sleeping in our car! That said, this was a trip favorite. Super comfy beds, kitchenette (which meant that there was an outside the bathroom sink which is my favorite feature on family trips because it keeps the bathroom from getting backed up with a line), neat property, (FREE movie rental and FREE bike rental!).
