"The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay."

"So So. We booked for the whole day, but really only required it for four hours rest. There were minuses experienced within this time frame however. When I asked a staff member to change a five hundred rupee note, he scrutinized it very blatantly in front of third parties for several moments. Exceptional Hospitality
"Let me start with saying that we were exceptionally pleased with the Staff of the property and their food and beverage Department. We had a medical episode related to the property while at the property and everyone was super courteous and swung into action immediately. In adversity there are two paths for any business, turn that adversity into a positive experience or destroy the guest experience. This property did the former and very commendable. They all showed compassion, empathy and concern which is 80% of the battle. Special thanks to the GM Gagan Nagpal, F&B Manager, Chef and the entire front staff. All went beyond call of duty which is truly commendable. Will highly recommend this property. "
