I booked this hotel because I trusted that since listed on Expedia, the hotel must be good. But it wasn't. The room was very small with a bed & two chairs . It was clean, the bed was okay. "Poor hotel. i have stayed in many budget hotels and I do not expect luxury since I am paying budget. But even if you are budget, you must have at least some standard of comfort and service. Aircon not working. Informed staff and they did not bother. No towels. Told the staff and they did not send. Cold shower. told them and they did not bother. Slept in stuffy and hot room, dried myself with my own clothes and showered in cold water."
