"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were delicious.We specially liked the cosy lounge area where we could have a cup of coffee. "Actually good value if you accept the tatami style bedding. Only problem is that going out of the room to the shared toilets and showers can be freezing as the common areas are not yeated. Hotel looks old. But it was in the centre of Ina, and had good free parking. Room we got for 5 pax was relatively cheap."

"The house itself is beautiful but all around it is extremely badly taking care of. The yard is a mess, the grass high, and just next to some run down green houses. "Beds are super hard was unable to sleep. Plus I had some sort of alergic reaction to something in the room in this Route Inn and are previous stay at Lake Kagoshima.I dont normally suffer from allergies and I dont have Asthma but as soon as i layed down I got all stuffed up and had issues breathing when trying to sleep. Perhaps its a cleaning product they are using or the contents of the pillows unsure but that has never happened before both places I stayed for 1 night only. it was strange so wanted to mention it so they coulf find the cause and redolve the issue. Staff were very good efficient,polite, free breakfasr coupon a nice surprise "
