"Very clean property. Check-in was easy other than we didn’t know which door was for our unit, but we figured it out lol. Two units have the same number. The area was a little “edgy” and 0.7 miles from main subway station to downtown, but the unit itself was great for our trip. "

"Great space for large groups. The neighborhood was nice. Not very clean, stains on all the sheets that looked like they hadn’t been washed. It was not a “whole house” location as implied on the listing, upstair neighbors were loud and left frequently all night long. Holes in the ceilings as pictured. Mice ate thru many of the bag groceries left on the counter overnight. Some hazardous nails sticking out of the floors which led to a few small lacerations on kids. "

"The apartment is beautifully decorated, the kitchen modern and fully equipped (plus a generous basket of snacks), the beds comfortable, towels thick, great showers, and Evon is very responsive to every question. Outside, the neighborhood is a bit run down, and there were a lot of boxes in the 1st floor entry (that may be temporary), but we were given access to the long driveway that fit all 3 of our cars, so we felt better about parking there. "The space was clean and organized. The neighborhood appeared fine, my sister and I had no issues walking to the T or nearby restaurants. The drive to the home from the city was super busy but unfortunately expected. I did attempt to message the owner about the temperature in the space but never received a response. My sister and I were able to make due after one warm night."
