"Breakfast was amazing, fiya, etc saved like 100 bucks on breakfast just eating here you will save 20 bucks per person per night jus staying here! Another things is this place is great priced honestly only place I will be staying in pismo!"

"Room was not too clean. Dried urine and things on the floor. Room for sure smelled like dog and or dog food. Bed was worn out uncomfortable. No iron or board. They did have a fridge and a microwave so that is a plus."

"***This is a guest house*** It wasn't until I went deep into the reviews (post reservation) that I realized this is a guest house. I believe this is inaccurately listed and it should be stated immediately that this is a guest house and you are on shared property. The pool/hot tub is in between the guest house and the main house. The guest house faces the main house. The house is clean. The communication is great. The pool is wonderful. However, I would NOT have rented this property had I known ahead of time that it is a guest house on shared property with tenants in the main house. "
