"Even if for just 1 night, my stay was super. I'm very picky with hotels and restaurant and above all service. The swimming pool in the roof was great, the room was massive, and the breakfast was an endless buffet. I would have loved to spend more time in this hotel. Something that i really liked was the staff always smiling and focused on the customers. Something that I found out to be very rare in Malaysia. Well done!"

"This was our 3 rd sty at this hotel in 3 months . just loved it . The staff the pool , the great burger lab at the pool . Comfy beds , water everyday , a fridge and very helpful staff . Only complaint was the man who worked at the coffee and I understand this is not managed by the hotel ."

"Great property! We used this as a day room as we had a long layover in KL. The hotel is literally outside the airport and in the KLIA shopping mall. Easy to access and quick checkin. The room was large and super comfortable. They give you lots of little extras in the room so you don't need to carry much. Remember it is part of the Plaza Premium Lounge so if you have access to these lounges, you can grab free food and drink from the lounge. The train to KL city is literally there and it takes you to straight to the Sentral. Worked perfectly for us."
