From Liberia Airport via a transfer arranged by the resort, I arrived at Pacific Kalokairi in dire need of relaxation. The staff is very attentive. We had an issue with our transportation and Elena went out of her way to reach the company and relieved our stress.

Hotel was awesome, staff is great. If I had a complaint I’d have to say the cost of the food. 1st night of arrival got a hamburger, a salad, and the wife and I each got one drink. The bill was $75. From that point on we went and ate at Tamarindo. Our 1st day in Tamarindo breakfast, lunch, and dinner was $80 total!

This hotel was a little oasis. We were worried that Tamarindo was doing to be too busy and touristy but this hotel was located at the quiet end of the beach, which was only a short walk away. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We traveled as a family and ate most nights at a little group of food trucks, which weren't as expensive as the beach restaurants. The property was literally right on the beach, new updated rooms, great friendly staff. The only thing that could be a little better would be the food. Other than that, great property!

It’s a beautiful place to visit. The view is amazing, the food is actually great. My only displeasure was they didn’t have tv BUT that just means you’ll have more reason to connect with family, wife/husband or what ever friends you came with.

My husband and I were married at the Four Seasons at Disney in Orlando April 2015 so we had high expectations for the Four Seasons Costa Rica and we were not disappointed!! This property is beautiful especially for the price. Staff was very accommodating and quick to help. The large ceiling to floor windows provide an absolutely amazing view. Beds are comfortable. Food was good! Beautiful hotel grounds and easy beach access with lounge chairs. Staff is happy to help.

We chose the W for our Honeymoon and from the moment we arrived at the W, the staff was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. The particular staff members who went above and beyond for us were Glenda, Fabian, Andres, and Gerardo. We ate mostly at the Cocina Mercado on-site and the food was excellent. Absolutely loved the place! My little girl was greeted by all the staff daily and they made us feel so welcomed! The locals were so friendly. Tight community. Our room was cleaned everday, the front desk staff arranged taxi rides for us. Keep in mind everything in the surrounding area is a bit of a walk so a car or taxi is ideal but taxi rides are costly. Keylor was one of our waiters that worked at the hotel and he gave us great recommendations for food to try from the restaurants, and everyone thing he recommended was amazing. Elena at the front desk also helped us out a lot and made sure that we had everything we needed for our rooms.

El Mangroove is a modern, beautiful property located on a very calm bay with great sunset views. The area is very peaceful - a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff could not be nicer or more attentive. They went out of their way to entertain our kids, make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, etc. Food was delicious. I wish we could have stayed longer. It's only about 20 minutes to Liberia airport.

The hotel is beautiful place full of trees, plants and birds. It is situated right in front of the beach which provides a wonderful and calming experience in Costa Rica. The room we got was very nice! it was clean, very comfortable and with a garden view.
