"The only issue we experienced was with parking. According to Expedia, self-parking was available nearby, so we followed the instructions to a parking garage behind the property. Unfortunately, we later found out that vehicles parked there are towed, so we had to rush back to move the car and switch to valet parking, which cost $40 per day. Later, we realized there is a parking lot directly in front of the hotel for $25 per day, which would have been much more convenient. On a positive note, possibly because of the inconvenience and delay, the hotel kindly covered our Uber ride to the Convention Center."

"We have stayed at the Barrymore a couple of times now and it is a great place to stay and convenient to a lot of things. We especially like that it is right across from the Straz center so we don’t have to park separately to go to immense there. We can just walk across the street. The restaurant inside is really good too with some more unique food options available."

"Parking was clear, but there was no option to pay to park by the hour (only for a day until 11 am check out time). We wanted to stay in the area and come back to the car later, but it would have been another $50+ dollars. We were forced to leave the area. You have to park a couple / few blocks away. No where to drop off your bags at a covered area. No way to stop on the road and unload. Be prepared. It was a very clean and modern place. We will definitely stay here again."
