"We arrived at 8 PM and our room wasn’t ready. We booked an allergy friendly room and they ended up putting us on the top floor handicap room. Paint peeling on the ceiling and the bed not comfortable at all. I think maybe it was a room they only used out of desperation. The A/C could not keep the room cool and the equipment on the roof was very noisy. The staff said too bad, nothing we can do. You booked thru Expedia so take it up with them!!!
