The rooms were clean and the staff on site were great and always friendly. My kids loved the kids club. The staff at the kids club are so great with the kids. The variety of pools are so great too so there is something for everyone. There are a lot of activities throughout the water park and hotel. I really liked this hotel. I dunno why everyone gives them so much grief. The security guard did yell at me for driving too fast in their round-about, but I was. I was in a bad mood..
