Places to eat close by without going into town, though Hoi An itself only a 20 minute walk to centre. Bit of a walk to the beach, however easy when using the free bicycles. "This property was very clean and I felt very comfortable staying here. The host was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There were free bikes but we walked to the Old Town. The breakfast was very delicious. It was the best place we stayed at in Vietnam so far, especially for the price.
