"Loved every minute here would highly recommend it. What an amazing experience they take such great gentle care of their elephants it was so special. The keepers have a lovely bond with their elephants. Would love to return here again one day. Thank you to all the staff and elephants and of course the sweet Polly the resident cat for a memorable stay ❤️"

"We had an unforgettable stay at this wonderful hotel in Bali. From the moment we arrived, it felt like being welcomed into a family home — the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always eager to help.

"Wonderful stay!
I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing environment.
