"For the price this was a great place to stay- bang for buck. Staff were over accomodating and super friendly. I travelled with mum and forgot to ask for the sofa bed too. We asked for sheets to make it upourselves but they insisted that they make it up for us and did. Great spot, close access to everthing but in a quieter part of town. Gave the real holiday vibe."

"Magnificent location, spacious living quarters for a family of four. Water is right outside with sailboats gliding across the water. Quiet yet close to the happenings in town. Wish we had at least another day to stay in this beautiful chalet. We loved Taupo!"

"We received a very warm welcome at reception. Our room was very modern with plenty of sockets including both sides of the bed. We had the most powerful and invigorating shower in the room with plenty of hot water. The thermal pools were very relaxing and it was great that there were no children. "

"Stayed in the three bed, and were impressed with the size. Full lounge dining, with spectacular views across lake. Bathroom upstairs and downstairs, as well as a laundry with washer and drier. Kitchen was large and everything worked well, including coffee capsule machine. Facilities were great, used the BBQ a couple of nights. Swimming pool was well heated and kids loved it. There was also a pool table indoors which the adults had a great time using. Book library had a range of titles and the tv had a ton of channels (Sky, internet based, and regular) So even when raining no one was bored."
