"My only complaint was the bed and pillows were awful, like really really bad, my back and neck were killing me. Otherwise the front desk lady was the sweetest and super helpful. Nice little hotel, especially for families. "

"The rooms are that great. I requested to switch rooms at eight in the evening because I couldn’t go to sleep. There’s a fan in the bathroom that you cannot turn off and it’s loud.. the hotel also charged my bank card. I never authorized the charge and they couldn’t explain what it is for. The manager told me to dispute it with the bank. Overall, my staying at suites was not that good."
