Single track road can be a bit tricky for dog walking so short leads and an eye out for cars. The Anchor at Cockwood is good for beer and food. Only snag we hit with the cottage - the toaster only toasts on one side."

"We had a wonderful stay in Mill Cottage. Nigel was very helpful and wanted to make sure that everything was how we wanted for our stay. There was a super welcome basket with all the essentials. Buckfastleigh has a great selection of shops and it is a perfect location for heading out onto the moors. The bed linen was fabulous, the cottage was warm. The garden is lovely, completely secure for the dogs. My only suggestion would be a better gate between the kitchen and living room to stop the dogs...
