"We enjoyed our stay at Mitsui garden. The staff was friendly and the room and common areas were very clean and tidy. As far as location goes, it was ok. It was nice and quiet and It’s not next to any of the main touristy attractions that everyone is after but it is close enough if you jump on the train and go. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall, the location & the room were great. Somehow my room's bathroom & toilet were not get cleaned daily for the first 4-5 days. I asked the housekeeping team to action. After that, they started to clean properly. Apology letter was nice touch. Other guests from Asian countries were quite loud & noisy in the hallway in some morning. I made a complain via phone. The situation was quickly solved. Thank you for the hotel staff's quick action. I will stay at the hotel again."

"A well located, clean and safe hotel. Staff didn’t have as good a grasp of English as other hotels we stayed at but Google was useful. Our only criticism was the aircon/noise from traffic. The hotel is on a very busy road and the aircon only heats or cools. The rooms were baking but the road was too noisy to have windows open. "

"The room, though small, was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly. There is a Family Mart across the street and a 711 around the corner, as well as a Don Quijote. Kabukicho is known as a “bad” area, but I did not feel unsafe at any time walking from Shinjuku station to the hotel. The hotel itself is on a busy street with many people. Just north of the hotel is a nice neighbourhood with many cafes and restaurants. There are several train stations within 10-15 mins walk. The onsen was a nice amenity to have "

"More spacious than I thought. Right beside a subway station which was very convenient. Amazing for the price. "

"Standard cabin was combined with man and woman felt not safe. it must be separated. I feel not safe if the man is sleeping next door. the guy next door was snoring very loud that I could not sleep at all. left side woman was talking on the phone at 2am midnight. all different country traveller does not understand japanese or English makes so hard to stay. because they do not follow the rules. I would not stay again. Metro subway was close. but so many exit so you have to know where to exit. otherwise walking so much for nothing. Check in and out without a real person was a little bit hard too. the way translate English and Japanese for reservation ID are different.took time to check out."
