"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"
"Hotel was clean, super convenient to subway, and surrounded by small eateries and grocery stores. Lobby amenities with coffee, water, ice machine, etc... was great!"

"The garden is absolutely stunning, along w the personalities of all of the staff. We had an exceptional experience. The hospitality is next level. The location is wonderful, within walking distance of plenty. We often took the subway lines from the Akasaka Mitsuke station to venture to different areas; this hotel is in prime location to do so. "We thoroughly enjoyed Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside - the rooms were spacious, clean and air con was great! So cold in the room which was lovely on a hot summer day. Konbini and McDs close by. Not ideal that it’s next to Kabuchiko but we just avoided going that way."
"This hotel was perfect for a solo traveler. It was a small room but perfect for one person. The hotel was close to the train roughly 10 minute walk. There’s shopping everywhere in the area and convenient stores. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay."
