"For $250 per night, it was very poor. Pictures make it look new and it’s not. Felt ripped off and other guests were loud in the hallway at 2:30am. Couldn’t leave fast enough. Disappointing!!! "

"We stayed for one night, and overall the experience was just okay. When we first entered the room, we noticed a large puddle of water on the floor between the toilet and the bathtub. At first, we were concerned it might be a leak. Maintenance was sent up, and they suggested it could have been from cleaning, saying perhaps too much water was used and it hadn’t dried yet. Later, after using the shower, we realized the puddle formed again if the shower curtain wasn’t fully inside the tub. However, what raised more concern was finding a used towel hanging behind the door, which made it seem like the bathroom may not have been properly cleaned before our arrival. Additionally, the TV only had basic cable—there were no streaming options like Netflix, which was disappointing and felt outdated. Overall, the stay was average, but the cleanliness issues and lack of modern amenities made it less enjoyable. It definitely felt more like a motel than a hotel. "

"Overall, beautiful property! Great views. Unfortunately, lots of inconveniences happened: we were told about the pool bar at check in to find out it was closed the next day. Fire pits were broken. Asked for room services and on 2 separate days, they never came. No one knew how to use the food credit. Wine tasting closes at 6. There was more, but overall came down to bad communication on details. "
