"This hotel is enchanting - picture perfect; the staff is very friendly and attentive, even the chefs were quick to great us. The breakfast was exceptional. Our room was very comfortable and the mini bar was reasonably priced, which we appreciated. There’s a safe parking lot a block or so away, which is very important if you’re coming by car. Valladolid is a charming town and this hotel is nicely situated to be walkable to the town center, lots of restaurants and shops. We did experience some street noise, which isn’t the fault of the hotel and we assisted after the first day, but location is something to consider if you’re a light sleeper."

"Very Clean! Great location! Helpful staff. I think it looked better in person than in the pictures. Lots of tropical plants around the pool area. Breakfast was delicious! We were in room 20 which had 3 double beds. We thought they would be in one big room, but were separated a little bit by a wall. Almost like a suite. Would be good for families with older kids. Would stay here again no problem! "

"Internet is good. Breakfast buffet should be offered a discount if we stay at the hotel. Good service nice staff. We had the suite 15 with jacuzzi. new section...but noisy next to the road. Bed is tough hotel should choose memory foam mattress for best comfort.we will return"
