"The hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in, so much so we wish we had planned a couple of extra days there just to enjoy the roof top decks and lively area. The staff was exceptional and the young lady at the desk helped us tremendously when the train app was down last night so she fiund in online and printed a copy for us. I think her name is Lisa. I especially appreciated the IRONED towels in the bathroom, real touch of elegance!"

"The people were excellent. The atmosphere superb! The location wonderful. Only the restaurant area was so blab, needs major decorating. Art looks like a 6 yr old No colors match, very uncomfortable chairs. Very stark and boring room. Orherwise a wonderful stay at a beautiful castle"

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast choice make this an ideal base for a stay in Perugia. Wish we had taken a taxi from the airport as the airlink bus and metro were great but the lack of signage at the back of the hotel and the dreadful paths leading to it meant a poor start to the trip. However that said if ever we came to Perugia again we would most certainly stay at the hotel again. "

"Very clean room. In old bank building. You take multiple elevators to get to your room which is funky but fun. Staff at desk is fabulous. Breakfast was best we had in Italy "

"The distance to the centre is not accurate comparing the website. If you hire a car , it can b3 a short distance to the centre however by walk it’s a good 25/30 min up hills with steps. Exiting the hotel there are lots of steps and in few min you get buses A/B/C to station and close to centre.Breakfast is basic and shower is tiny but equal on the price I paid. I would recommend if you bite a car"
