"Overall ok, but now a 5 star experience. Pool crowded and dirty looking. Came with kids, would not have them back there. Rooms and cleaning very good"

"We stayed for a total of 8 days and the location was great close to metro train station and different food and shopping centers! Breakfast was delicious and fresh also had daily cleaning. My only complaint would be the pool although great size the water definitely needs to be changed smelled and burned eyes Instantly (my husband accidentally swallowed some water and he immediately threw up) and pool maintenance needs to be done since pieces were missing and broken in pool! We love to stay at hotels with pools for daily swimming :) Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend for families and friend traveling "

"The room was clean. There was only lukewarm water in the shower, and the hot and cold faucet was labeled incorrectly. Overall it was not a bad experience "

"I really enjoyed my stay. I went there on the 24th of march and left today, which is the 31st of march 2026. There restaurants where so near by and a food store next door the pool was good the rooms where very nice. The only thing was missing was having a microwave in the rooms other wise the rooms met my expectations. "

"The hotel allowed us to use the patio to celebrate 2 persons in our group birthday. They brought out the linen, crockery, cutlery and champagne glasses to help us celebration in our own space"
