Aparthotels in Tennessee

Very safe, lots of space, and great parking. Highly recommended and glad we selected this over an hotel. Only complaint was the consistent weed smell in the hallway but that’s not always controllable by the owner.

I loved staying at Placemakr and will look for the same property on future vacations!

Location! The location was perfect for us. From the roof top you overlook the Cumberland River and Nissan Stadium. Perfect for a morning mimosa on the outdoor living room furniture.A 3 minute walk to Broadway and very safe. Every door has a key access. Rooms are clean and modern with everything you need. Communication was instant, we couldn't work the elevator, lol. The only draw back is the front windows could use a blinds for some privacy and to keep out the morning sun. I would recommend...

Very clean space! Great location!

The beds, pillows & comforters were super comfortable. Place was smaller than pictures represented, however we appreciated the bathroom size & its aesthetics! The place was very clean. We so appreciated the accommodations made. We had a lovely time & were comfortable between the 5 of us during our stay there!

This property was a great accommodation and great pricing. Was fairly centrally located. It offered free covered, well lit parking. Uber was very easy. I highly recommend it

I give the place a 5 for a good overall review.I will be booking with them again

Super friendly staff..room was in good condition. Had a really good time.

The spaciousness and all of the extra amenities in each room make this property an amazing deal especially for the price. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in each unit makes this an ideal place for extended stays. Kasa by Eighteen is centralized and a short drive to most everything in Nashville. The neighborhood feels safe and has plenty of restaurants and uniquely themed bars all within walking distance to the property. Parking on the property is limited. My husband would like to...

This place is tremendous! Love everything about it!

Basically a small apartment with an equipped kitchen. Was perfect for our Halloween stay! Walking distance to The Truth and some great restaurants was the main reason for the stay.
