Very confusing upon arrival, luckily harbor office is next door and helped me call the owner. After that everything was smooth and easy. Loved the roof deck too. I would definitely come back. "

"This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

"When visiting the Napoli area, we prefer to stay in this tranquil compound in Pozzuoli, near the amphitheater. There are a variety of room styles and the off-street parking is secure. Grocery stores, bars, restaurants, barbershops ... it's a complete neighborhood. You can walk to the metropolitana for train service or down to the port for ferries to Procida and Ischia and Capri."

"Location was great - public beach within 2 minute walk. The hotel deck with beach chairs and umbrellas was awesome, walk straight into the ocean!! Staff so lovely. Breakfast was good - Cornetto, coffee, cut fruit which we ate on the deck overlooking the ocean. Airconditioning was good, hot water in shower was a bit touchy but OK. Had a smartTV. A lovely safe 15-20 minute walk to Forio town - walk along the beach coastline. The room was cleaned daily and was very clean. FYI: no safety...
