"The listing on Expedia said 24-hour pool, which is false. It is only open weekends 9am-3pm. We booked for use of the pool in the evenings and were disappointed upon arrival. "

"The area is superb, plenty to see and do and Brighton is less than an hour away by car. Rob and Emma went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The cottage was gorgeous, very comfortable and clean. Couldn't be happier with a bank holiday stay and would go back in a heartbeat."

"We were celebrating my 70th birthday along with my three sons, their partners and four young grandchildren. The property was excellent, well-equipped and had a fair-sized swimming pool, which everybody enjoyed. We were there for 3 days and ate out for our main meals. The only issue was that the cleaners had let the owners down by not putting the bedding on in a couple of bedrooms. This was quickly resolved by the agent, Molly."

From a welcome gift of wine and chocolates to the small Christmas tree these were great additions for our trip. Many thanks to the owners. This is a perfect spot to explore the town."

"Very clean, well presented and smartly decorated property. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great! The kitchen was well equipped and the garden was well kept with comfortable furniture. Good location for local grocery shopping and only 15 minutes walk to the town centre and seafront. We had a really enjoyable week at the cottage in Worthing."
