"The hotel and staff were lovely. The location is perfect as we loved spending as much time at the beach, and not too far from the lanes. The hotel was clean and provided you with all that you needed even completely coffee and water by the front door. I would have wished that the doors to the rooms closed a little quieter as our neighbours kept slamming it especially late in the night. But apart from that we loved our stay! "

"This was an amazingly convenient property for proximity to the train station. A few blocks walk to The Lanes and a bit further to the Pier. We walked everywhere. The room was modern and clean and had a queen size bed. A great kitchenette which included a dishwasher (I didn’t use it but I thought it was fabulous). The continental breakfast was also way more than I expected and included one selection of egg, sausage, hashbrowns and beans. Choices of breads and pastries and yogurt, cereals coffee, and fruit. One if the best features was the laundry. We stayed in England for 10 days and then were going to South Hampton on a cruise and we did all our laundry before getting on the ship. I thought this was a fabulous hotel and would definitely stay again."

" First hotel in a long time that had not 1 but 2 comfortable beds. The room was small but well compacted and faced inwards like a prison but made up for it with comfort."

"Convenient location by Brighton station. About 15 minute walk to the beach. Quick and friendly check-in, in a nice lobby/cafe and work area. Contemporary and clean room with everything you’d need. Beds and pillows very firm. "

"Good service with good choice for breakfast. Quick check in and out. Decor is tired looking and needs a face lift. Otherwise bed was comfy and good size to room. "

"Met up with my best friend for overnight stay in Brighton. Upgraded to superor sea view room with balcony, robes etc. This was because of a function in hotel & luckily nicer room available away from noise. Reception staff really friendly & helpful. Stored our bags when we arrived too early for our room. Enjoyed our stay 👍"
