Beautiful location, great staff and accommodations, wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Loved the green juice! Easy walk to nearby small village with a high end provisions store and a restaurant the Black Horse. If not driving good access to taxi services and limited uber.

We loved every second of our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and all the staff are willing to help with any needs. The restaurant was amazing for dinner and we loved every meal. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the local area was quiet and safe.

This small, historic Inn is off the beaten path set in a picturesque community of country manors. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and the food served in the restaurant is succulent, particularly the duck confit. It is clearly a favorite local spot to gather in the bar and enjoy a pint and the lively conversation.

Richard & Mark were the perfect hosts! They met us with a warm welcome & made us feel like we were guests in their home. The beach house was perfectly clean and their breakfast was a "Proper English Breakfast." The Seaside path was within walking distance and the view was spectacular. Whenever we asked suggestions for restaurants they were always accommodating. They made us feel like their extended family! If you are looking for a little peace of heaven in Littlehampton, this is the place...

A very authentic pub with a hotel upstairs. Food was top notch and very creative. Great breakfast. What stood out was the people - everyone we encountered working at the establishment went out of there way to make sure we were having a great stay. The proximity to the train staion was perfect - just across the street.
