"Just got back to Los Angeles from 9 nights at this beautiful hotel. I can't say enough about it and its staff. Everybody is extremely helpful and friendly. Absolutely wonderful. From the pickup at the airport, to check-in, to my wonderful room and the beautiful pool and ocean access. Nhi & Uyên....always checking on my comfort and stay. Very attentive and professional. Thank you. Housekeeping staying on top of my room needs was great. Really enjoyed their surprise snacks, sweets, and fruit...
