"The hotel is right in the heart of Queen Street Mall, and everything you need is just a few minutes’ walk away — very convenient!You can park your car at the Uptown shopping complex or use the hotel’s valet parking. The staff are friendly and will park your car for you. Best of all, if you park at Uptown, the hotel offers a discount on the parking ticket.I loved the comfy bed, and having breakfast by the window at Lennard’s restaurant while looking out onto the street was a great way to start the day.I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency and will definitely be back! "There was no WiFi for 2 days. The one breakfast we had was not great for the price, you had to pay extra or a decent coffee. The house keeping was hit and miss. They wouldn’t let me have a little proper milk for a cup of tea in my room. The view from my balcony was a busy main road and a load of bins. But the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. There was also free parking. I think there are plans for updating which it needs, in our room there was no where to store clothes as in chest of drawers, and bedside able had no shelf or drawers. "
