"Very helpful staff, held our bags in the lobby on arrival and departure. The room was clean and well kept. Located in a transport hotspot with a lovely bar and the river just down the street. The lobby is currently undergoing a refurbishment and a demolition site to the side of the hotel but we were not impacted by the noise etc of this. The room even had a fan which was especially needed in this hot weather. Thanks again! "
"Lovely hotel and great staff with the exception of the Garden Room for dining where the service was super slow. Pool was beautiful and gym was simple and clean. Food was very fresh and well managed for allergies. "
"Everything was beyond expectation
