"I would not recommend this hotel.
Before arriving, I requested an early check-in because my flight landed in the morning and paid an additional €50 for it. When I arrived, I was given a room that was clearly not the room I had booked. It was small, old, and not particularly clean.
I returned to reception assuming it was a mistake, and was then told that my actual room was in the newer building but was not ready. After checking, the front desk informed me that the room would not be available until 3:00 PM, despite the fact that I had paid extra for early check-in and had arrived around noon.
At that point, the only solutions offered were to either cancel my stay entirely or receive a refund for the early check-in fee. Having just arrived from an international flight, exhausted and jet-lagged, finding a new hotel was not a realistic option. The staff seemed completely indifferent to the inconvenience.
When I finally received my room after 3:00 PM, I was extremely disappointed. The room was far smaller than advertised, looked nothing like the photos, and certainly did not feel luxurious. Overall, the customer service was poor, the early check-in service I paid for was not honored, and the room itself failed to meet expectations. It’s definitely not sound proof either. You can hear everything going on in the rooms next door, hallways and the wind whistling in from the patio door
For the price charged over 2000 euros for 4 nights, I expected much better."
