"Absolutely exceptional! Everything about Aberdeen House completely exceeded my hopes and expectations. The lodgings are wonderful, beautifully restored and exquisitely maintained. The staff are uniformly pleasant, professional and helpful. Your host, Pat, is unfailingly courteous, patient, and generous with his time and local knowledge. The neighborhood is beautiful, eminently walkable, and convenient to the seaside as well as the charming village of Sandymount. Even the dogs and cat are friendly and pleasant! The bus line is less than 100 m from the front door, and the train is an easy five-minute walk. Either will take you to downtown Dublin less than 15 minutes. I’m traveling solo on this visit to Ireland, and can’t believe my luck that I was able to reserve at the Aberdeen House. I’m already planning a return visit with my GF, and will absolutely plan on visiting Dublin and staying at Aberdeen House again!"

"My sister and I stayed here. There was noises our first night. It seemed to be coming from the building. It sounded like construction was being done, and at midnight it sounded like a dog trotting around above us. We forgot to add an additional night, and the hotel kindly extended our stay on one of their busiest days when they couldn't reach us, which was greatly appreciated. Their soap and body wash had an amazing sent. Overall, we had a good stay."
