"Check in was flawless, property was clean. The hotel is a social club more less with locals in and out all day and evening. There is a racquetball club or something that plays 18hrs of the day it seems and that makes parking difficult for hotel guests. The main reason we stayed here rsther then dublin for the pool and hot tub amenities. But nonwhere does it mention in the description the fitness center or pools are community based and there are 40 kids plus that come through the piol area and have designated times for lessons and free swim. And while the kids are at lessons the parents are in the hot tub or saunas. Very misleading with everything. We also both suffered an illness after eating in the Tapas downstairs, about 12hr illness like food poisoning due to chicken wings we both believe. "

"Staff here was outstanding! From doorman to wait staff. Lovely amenities, in-room fridge was stocked and the fresh lemon and lime for water in the room was a treat! Shower water was hot and plentiful, bar in lobby was well staffed and appointed (but 10 euro for a small bowl of ice cream?). There was a small coffee machine and an instant hot water kettle for tea in the room. Beds were comfortable, 2 types of pillow available. If you've been traveling and need some fresh laundry, they can take care of that for you for 20 euro/bag which was very welcomed. There was a hot water bottle available to warm your bed which I have never seen at a hotel before and I used because my feet are always cold! Loved that! Traveled with 2 other couples, was able to check in several hours early to one room and store everyone's luggage until the other rooms were open which was appreciated. Plenty of shops and food nearby and a quick walk to the DART train. Secure parking available and could accommodate our 9person van! Insulation was phenomenal! You couldn't hear your neighbors or anyone walking down the hall - ever! Would absolutely stay here again."

"The room we stayed in on the second floor was beautiful, spacious, quirky, and very pleasant to stay in overall. We loved the orange mini fridge, gold tiled shower, big bath tub & the corner chair. It was wonderful."
