"This was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had in quite a while! It’s as close as you can get to staying at a resort while still paying hotel prices. Hard to beat parking right across the street from the beach with your own private beach access. (Although a lot of it during the day is filled with rentable chairs and umbrellas, but still a little space to get up at the front near the ocean if you get up early) Plus happy hour free drinks (including alcoholic drinks) and snacks each day. Not to mention free entertainment here and there as well. Made to order breakfast is awesome, as well as the entire kitchen and wait staff. Couldn’t ask much more from the rooms, as they were clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable as can be as well. The ambience of the hotel is also top notch. As I said, it makes you *feel* like you’re at a resort/on vacation. And three different elevators helped out during busy times. Couldn’t recommend Embassy Suites enough if you’re looking for a hotel in the Miramar/Destin area!"

"We loved staying at The Blarney. It was a cute beach house with plenty of room for 7 people. The beds were comfy, the house was clean, and it was an easy walk to the beach but also came with a nice golf cart, which made the trip very easy with beach bags! The community pool was very basic but we were happy to spend all of our time at the beach! The patio in the backyard was great with sitting, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. We would stay at this house again!"
