"This hotel was excellent. Would definitely stay again! Clean, bright, airy spaces. Staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were large, beds comfy, and shower amazing - 2 showerheads (1 rainfall). The breakfast included had something for everyone and coffee machines that made several types of coffees. Central location where you could walk everywhere. Only drawback, if there is one, is no parking on-site. But the parking garage is just a short walk down the block."

"We got upgraded to a larger room which was nice. The room and facilities are dated and the common areas could be cleaner and better maintained. Staff was pleasant. Service in general is somewhat slow but I think that is more general to Montreal."

"Great hotel especially if you are traveling with family. The small kitchen area is great and the bedroom you can close off is perfect for kids. Only down side was we couldn’t use the provided parking garage because we had an suv and it was too tall for the garage but there is one just across the street that’s nice. "

"1elevator out of 2 not working. Bathroom clean however shower bar rusty with peeling wallpaper. Had to walk up one flight of steps because the elevator does not go to the top."
