"The staff cannot seem to be able to email me an invoice that would include valet parking charges. This is the second time this has happened. I will stay at another hotel going forward if the invoice doesn't arrive soon."

"Overall the perfect stay. The breakfast room can be very crowded. Microwave in room would have been appreciated for our take-out dinners or leftovers. Real cream provided somewhere for the coffee in room would have been nice too. Just one front desk person was not friendly at check-in or helpful with bike storage info. Others were great. We'd stay there again definitely."

"Thanks to the downtown Best Western in Victoria for helping to make our experience a very good one. The room was very clean, comfortable temperature, stocked well (kitchenette selected). We had some small requests, met with the staff happily and promptly. Speaking of the staff, we were greeted by the friendly staff with smiles and a 'hello' when we entered the hotel with the front desk conveniently located off the main door and beside one of the two elevators. The hotel is very central, within walking distance to the many different great restaurants and stores in the area. Parking is also close by, with a short walk to the arcade close by or use of street parking. Victoria is a very pedestrian friendly city! :)"

"The location is perfect—close to the Inner Harbour, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also really appreciated the great value for the price. The only thing I’d hope for in the future is air conditioning, especially during warmer days—it would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Victoria."
