"Room was overall clean but there was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The bathroom was so tiny for 4 people. Otherwise, loved all the space in the Balmoral room. Grateful for the robes. Nice touch! "

"Such a great find! We had a room with a small kitchen (fridge/ freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dish drainer). All the needed pots, pans, etc. This was a great option for traveling with kids. We were able to eat a couple meals at the hotel, refill water bottles and pack snacks for our adventures. There are 2 grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. "

"Room we stayed in wasn’t vacuumed so I kept finding someone’s fingernails and then went to make my coffee in morning and the coffee maker had an old coffee bag in it. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, luckily I only booked two nights and we extended our stay at a cleaner hotel. "

"We stayed no balcony unit. It was terrible view and noise from the laundry room right beside us. We changed the room but there was completely street and parking lot view. Neighbours were not good also. I recommend to book at Inner harbour area hotel . "

"The staff were very kind, and we got extra blankets when we asked. I was disturbed that, especially while being on the 4th floor, my child dropped a piece of cookie on the room floor before bed and by morning there were literally 40+ ants swarming the crumb. That was quite startling. There was no hand soap available in the bathroom, either. The location was EXCELLENT for us as walkers, and the staff were kind, but it was NOT as portrayed online in images or description. "
