They provided us with complimentary champagne, chocolates, key chain , post card and water with a nice little card that had two drink vouchers. That was a pleasant surprise! They also had breakfast to purchase and a little snack store. Hotel was very clean and had an amazing Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom to jam out . "

"It’s going through renovations. also walls thin and can hear people above you as well. Refrigerator “knocked” all the time as well. For the money it’s a place to stay but if you need quiet and appliances not keeping you up then it’s not the place for you. THE STAFF IS AMAZING. Nicest people ever!!!"

"The property is old and has not been maintained. Our room was 74 degrees and would not get any cooler. There was no soap, shower gel, or shampoo in the bathroom, neither in the shower (there was conditioner hanging on the wall out where the bottle dispensers would be for gel and shampoo- there were just empty hangers) nor on the sink counter. The lamp on the desk did not work. We heard two others complaining to the front desk about their accommodations. Although the cheapest option in downtown Nashville, for the state of the property, the prices was still not worth it. "
