"Gorgeous location beautiful room and friendly staff! Would definitely come back! Only negative is that it's extremely busy and popular and car spaces are not reserved for guests so it was difficult to park to get to our room we had to wait for a car to leave."

"Such a wonderful getaway! I was not optimistic about finding a nice place in this area of Sydney, but had to stay there due to my daughter’s tournament. However the Mercure was just beautiful. The hotel was lovely, with everything I could possibly ask for. The staff were incredible. Food was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern. When we have future tournaments in Western Sydney, this will be our number one pick. Thank you to the lovely staff, who were always beautiful and helpful at all times of the day or night. "
