"Our room was in a perfect spot, right down the hall from the pool and hottub. We used both and much appreciated! The staff had recommended the nearby gas station for our pizza. It was perfect! Delicious pizza and we shopped for souvenirs as we waited. "

Even on a rainy evening. The hot tub is nice and warm and relaxing. Very convenient to downtown. Would recommend even for multiple families."

"Great location. Walking distance to 1880 train and “Down Town” Hill City. WIFI worked well here. Home is spacious. Used 2 of 3 bedrooms. Majority of our time spent in Hill City was exploring, such as Devils Tower, Badlands, Custer State Park, Black Hills OHV roads/trails/Spearfish Canyon/Needles Highway/1880 Train Oktoberfest Express etc. Would stay at this VRBO again. "This is a wonderful property — clean, spacious and a convenient location. We could easily walk to the grocery store or into downtown Hill City to enjoy the restaurants. The house has two huge gathering areas: a spacious living room on the first floor and a magnificent, huge sunroom on the second floor. We enjoyed watching the turkeys from the sunroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. "
