"Overall this home is good for large families. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a pretty view of the golf course. Even though there were lots of fans, we happened to have very hot weather and it was very hot in the kitchen and living room and upstairs. They don’t provide personal soaps and shampoo/conditioners so make sure you bring that along. I was also surprised there was no washer and dryer. "A few of us friends just needed a couple days to hang out and do some snowboarding at Crystal Mountain, which is right down the road. We have stayed here several times in the past it’s always been clean and quaint. The addition of the hot tubs is a plus and it makes it more luxurious. We will be back!"

"Host was very responsive and quick with answers to my questions. Property was very clean and well supplied. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our 2 families of 4 plus grandparents. Kids had fun swimming in the river. Great proximity to crystal mountain and sleeping bear dunes. The temps were in the mid 80’s and muggy with out much breeze so the upstairs bedrooms were quite warm at night. We really appreciated the numerous fans. No A/C. Overall it was a perfect house for our stay."
