"The Hotel is perfect for pre/post Gatwick flights, literally 5 mins from Departures and Arrivals at South Terminal. Rooms are small and basic and I would only recommend as a sleep option, but the rooms have TV, desk, shower, aircon, family rooms have a double bed and bunk beds. 20% off nearby food outlets. No left luggage facilities or restaurant, but does have free coffee/tea machine on 7th floor. "

"The air conditioning was rarely turned on and the room was hot and stuffy. No control of air colnd from the room unit. Order the vegetable soup for 6 pounds. Was watered down freeze dried 'cup-a-soup'. Bloody awful. Was refused a hot steak sandwich at 7.20pm and told by staff not available after 6pm as per the menu. Nowhere on the menu is this stated. (THEN ODERED THE SOUP INSTEAD) Constant noise of thumping feet and furnuture being dragged accross the floor up to 11pm at night from the floor above us. Rang reception to complain at 10pm but nothing changed. I could not recommend this hotel dispite staff bring friendly."
