"Rude staff on arrival, carried on their day to day tasks before serving. No lift to room which meant a flights of stairs with heavy suitcases. While they are renovating, in order to access our room we had to walk through the building site which was naturally dusty. Room was terrible, nothing like the photos. Black mold in the shower, aircon/heater didn’t work, view of scaffolding making the room dark and could only use the lights to see and the room looked like it was falling apart. Only pro of this hotel was the location. "

"Bathroom was dirty, staff was not very helpful, our light fixture was broken, along with the TV. You are expected to purchase your own water, there is not hydration station at the property. RECEPTION IS NOT 24/7, there is typically one person at a time so if they are out, no one is there to assist. Lift is small and extremely slow, if you have a lot of luggage and are on a top floor you will have to wait or use the stairs every time. Reception is not reachable by phone you have to walk down to speak with them, but their hours are 9am-12am."
