"I was not happy. I did the "Pay AT Property", well several times throughout the day the property tried to charge my card. Very upset about that. Then when I called, no one would answer."

"There were hardly options for breakfast and our room had so much hair in it. The tub was obviously dirty and the sheets/blankets for the sofa bed were the same ones the previous owner had because again...so much hair. The beds were comfortable and it was surface cleaned. We just needed one night so the room served it's purpose."

"Over all the hotel was not bad. It is dated and the cable box in our room was glitchy, we would have to unplug it to reset it. The pull out mattress in the couch was not great, it was stained and just not something I wanted my son to sleep on. The water pressure was bad in the shower and everytime we flushed the toilet it sounded like a motor was going off for a few minutes. The hot tub was nice, not too hot but not cold. The lady who checked us in was super nice! Over all for a short stay it was not bad. If they would update the rooms, address the water pressure and plumbing issues they would probably get way better ratings."

"The overall appearance is good however the hotel could use some maintenance I've stayed in two different rooms and found light bulbs burned out and other things like toilet seats needing replaced. The last stay the facility locked the side door, I'm handicapped and this caused a much longer walk to handicap parking."

"I had called to get clarification on a room-was told the room I was reserving had a king bed and a pull out couch. Got there and it did not in fact have a pull out couch. I’d the person on the phone didn’t know-which was the excuse I was given-they should have asked! We were unable to change our room because of booking on Orbitz. Refrigerator was unusable due to the seal being ripped off and not sealing. Questionable red fluid on the base of toilet. Only hot water in the bathroom sink-ever. Brush your teeth with hot water? Coffee mark on kitchenette counter-we don’t make coffee. Overall very disappointed. I was in town to see to a family member for probably the last time-from over 10 hours away. We did not need the added stress of a sub-par hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor this brand."

"When we arrived in the evening (past check in time) the cleaning person was still in the middle of cleaning the property. This was not her fault as she was told that no one had a reservation for that evening. The cleaning person did all she could to make the property ready for us as quickly as she could and she is to be commended for her hospitality. My big complaint is that I was never reached out to from the owner with an apology or an attempt to have some reconciliation. Cleaning person gets 5 stars. Property Owner gets 0 stars for no communication."
