"Ok in Bullet points Breakfast : 5 (Highest rating) Diner : 5 Pool :5 (it is heated 28 plus degrees and clean, perfect for children not too cold and not much limitations). Splash pool: 5 (Kids until 7 years will enjoy it). Room :5 Spacy clean and good facilities. Towel service : 5 Every day clean towels for the pool. Pool bar: 3 little expensive, and no too high quality. Reception:5 wonderful people and service. Entertainment :4 just good Location :4 as mentioned when booking 20 minutes walk, little steep, opposite you have public transport for a few euro's you come everywhere. Overall a gorgeous hotel, which I would highly recommend, the price and quality are far above average. Thank you THB and Expedia, for a wonderful and relaxed holiday. "

"Located around the corner from Matagorda and to the east of the brash Puerto del Carmen, this hotel is one of the best hotels on Lanzarote. You can walk directly out the beach gate of the hotel onto Los Pocollos beach. The check-in and reception staff were top-notch. Almost all rooms have a partial seaview. Rooms aren't huge but clean. Maid service is very efficient. Shower was excellent. Most people go for the all inclusive option which gets you a wristband allowing free local drinks and snacks (and reduced prices on other drinks). Food was as expected for a 4 star Spanish hotel, but mostly pretty good. We had a car for our stay, so we were able to get around most of the island, and we didn't see anywhere else that looked any better, when considering location and facilities."

"We only stayed for one night but wished it was longer. The rooms were really lovely - stylish and well appointed - the staff were fabulous, the sea views were excellent! We liked that there was a full kitchen in the rooms too, AND filtered water on tap. We would definitely stay here again."

"Liked: proximity and ease of getting to the beach, the food/buffet, the friendliness of staff, the gym was basic but sufficient Could be improved: Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy Wifi - didnt work for us so we used our own data Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use No milk provided for tea at the self service areas, would be easy enough to provide little cartons. Had to buy milk from Spar"

"Hotel was overall very good, all inclusive choice of food was excellent, alcohol choices were extremely poor. I would normally stay in H10 and it doesn't really compare to be honest. At H10 you get a choice of a bottle of water or glass of wine with your dinner. Here you only got a small glass of water. Room was very clean and air conditioning was also very efficient, hotel overall was well manicured which makes for a very pleasant experience. Shower size and pressure was excellent, there seemed to be a slight glitch in that occasionally where the shower water would get very hot quite quickly without having touched the regulator (Room 326). Hotel location is very good approx 4km from the port in Puerto del Carmen and something similar to the airport runway. The beach to the front of the hotel is an excellent beach and reasonably safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is designed to make it feel like each room is an apartment and when you leave the room you get a feeling of being outside immediately which is quite nice and takes away the claustrophobic feel of hotel corridors. Entertainment was also very good taking into account it is a holiday hotel, a lot of the performers seemed to be from Bulgaria and we really enjoyed the shows they put on and you could tell there was a lot of effort put in with limited stage and equipment to probably work with so they deserve a lot of credit. Overall its a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay."

"Fabulous apartments! Cleanest one we’ve stayed in over the years! The free bottle of water was a lovely touch, and the iron, nespresso machine were unexpected too!! We were given the soap and sponges to wash up our dishes with which was great as we were only there for a few nights. We had a front area and rear garden almost, with 2 sunbeds, a parasol and an egg chair. The room was so spacious and the air con was fab. The pool was heated which was great & helping yourselves to sunbeds was ideal too! Can get busy by the pool with people reserving sunbeds but this wasn’t too much of an issue for us. Staff were very friendly, location was fabulous. Half way up the hill but not a long walk, and if you go the back streets the incline isn’t noticeable. Didn’t try the food but heard it was lovely. Overall 10/10, fabulous place to stay and will be returning."
