One of the showers did not work at all -- and so four of us had to use one shower which was very inconvenient. "This was such a great location - near the train, near the Town Centre, near restaurants. And it was such a cozy, relaxing place. We stayed 2 days and then came back for another 2 days and it was so nice to have a place that was familiar and a place where I know the owners were responsive and considerate, not to mention clean!"

"Lovely place to stay! Right in city centre, the place itself has everything you need- well equipped from plates, pans and hairdryer to a washing machine/dryer. The TV even has Netflix. Very nice and clean and great communication from the company on how to check in etc or if there is a problem."

"Brilliant Hotel with underground parking which was £10 for 24 hours. 5 minute walk to the shops. Right next door is the famous Rock City and we did wonder if we’d hear any noise from this but absolutely nothing at all and we stayed on a Friday night when it was open, our room was on the same side as Rock City and our window was in vent and still no noise at all.
