This was my second stay at OZ Hotel Collection, and I’d give it 10 stars if I could. When I walked in, Silvana at the front desk recognized me, started waving, and remembered my name. That was such a warm welcome back, especially as a solo traveler. The hotel upgraded my room at no extra charge, and I could see Cartagena right from the rain shower! The breakfast buffet was included, there’s a rooftop pool and an upscale restaurant, and I could walk to Juan Valdez for my coffee. The front desk...

Wonderful overall experience. Sound proof rooms are a plus. Beautiful view of the ocean from my room. Beach front property and nice pools with hot tubs was great. Breakfast buffet offered various food options. Special thanks to Meredith from housekeeping and Luis who served us during breakfast.

We stayed in a corner Grand Suite! It was spacious, beautiful, equipped like an apartment, had 2 bathrooms and most of all it had the most amazing views, EVEN FROM THE BATHROOM!!! The property was beautiful and clean. We loved the pool bar and enjoyed sitting poolside listen to the DJ, eating the delicious wings and sipping on a cocktail! Even though our suite allowed us access to the club lounge which offered a free drink happy hour, we preferred the ambiance of the pool bar. The location was...

We arrived at the hotel and it was pouring; yet two bell boys quickly ran over with umbrellas to help with our luggage. The front desk gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. We were even given a welcome fruit juice while we waited to be checked in. Delicious! Rooms are not as small as you’d expect them to be based on the photos and the beds have memory foam pillows, showers have great water pressure, and nice decor all around. The decor is sophisticated and modern with big flat screen smart...

Me gustó mucho el hotel y el servicio lo recomiendo 100% y tambo en la comida muy rica

The property was clean and well maintained . The staff was attentive and friendly . I will stay there every time I visit

From the outside, this hotel doesn't look like much, but as soon as I walked inside and was greeted by an incredible staff at the desk, I started liking this place right away. My room had a small balcony, so I could open the window at night, which was the main reason that I chose this hotel. I can't stand air conditioning, but if you like it, you will be super happy because the entire hotel is air conditioned, and it is quite chilly throughout. The breakfast was to die for, especially the...

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Their customer service was excellent and the breakfast buffet, wonderful! We were served by Clara several times and she was amazing! I have already recommended it to my friends, and we’ll definitely go back again.

Great location. Felt safe getting around town in ubers.kids enjoyed their bunk beds. Breakfast and pools were amazing 😍

It is a beautiful property. I love it

If you vacation plans include being in a relaxing place, straying the day with a healthy and delicious breakfast (which is included with your stay), steps from the beach, where beds, towels, drinks are available all day, the Fenix Hotel is the place for you. They can pickup you up at the La Bodeguita port and in 15 minutes you will be in paradise. Soliciting from local vendors is limited, compared to a stay in Cartagena so you have time to enjoy the Sun and the cam waters of the Caribe Sea. The...

As a first time to Columbia traveler safety was a huge concern, I never felt more safe than when I was here. The kitchen staff made me feel at home. Look for Jimmy he is always smiling and willing to help. The front desk is very accommodating. As an English speaker with limited Spanish the front desk always found a way to make it work. The views from hotel are amazing. At the end of the day sitting by the pool and talking with other guest was a tradition and a great way to plan what to do...

Not really a 5 star hotel. Area around the hotel could use more security. More police. Don’t bother going to the beach- you’ll be swarmed by every local there trying to make a quick buck. I say to everyone order Ubers not yellow cabs. And have them pull right into the hotels front lobby. The food is pretty mid. Friendly staff at least. Attentive. Don’t think I’ll stay here again.

The property was beautiful, walking distance from the beach and nearby shops & restaurants. The staff was courteous and helpful- especially Maria. The pool area is cute but the downstairs bathroom smelled like a history of mold or sewage or some type of water damage. The adjacent restaurant served a simple, yet delicious breakfast. Very nice.

The hotel was small, quiet, had outstanding service, and was close to everything in Bocagrande. Plenty of staff available to assist with any of our needs. Amenities were typical for most hotels. They had a great buffet breakfast every morning, and the restaurant staff did a great job in attending to our needs. The building was older, but was well maintained. We understood that most of their guests a business people staying for longer periods of time. This meant that we did not even know that...

The staff is so friendly and there to help with any questions. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice.

I liked the breakfast it was great different every day,my room was clean and everyone was helpful and specially katherine front desk she was awesome and house keeper we had was very kind and always had my room on point.i would definitely recommend this hotel and come back the only bad thing is the pool closes early but besides that it was good in good location.

The hotel is comfortable, well situated, nice and small. Service is great and the small restaurant beside it served the best burgers in town. It’s quiet even if it’ on a busy street. The pool is nice, it needs fans to circle the air a bit, specially when the sun hits the pool! But it will be nice to have some air circulating the the pool is in the shade too!

The hotel is situated in a prime location, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to nearby attractions.

Fantastic experience! Staff was incredibly helpful, reaching out before the trip to coordinate shuttle service from the airport. Staff was incredibly resourceful and willing to go the extra mile. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cartagena.
