"The room was very clean. There wasnt a lock on the bathroom door which didn't bother us but might not be the same for someone else staying in our room. The staff were amazing as always. "What stood out most was how alive the hotel felt, perhaps thanks to the festive activities. The bar was full, with guests constantly coming and going, and I honestly didn’t even know this hotel existed in Kettering before this visit. Breakfast was another highlight. Not only was the quality of the food excellent, but the staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure everything was perfect, even checking temperatures to ensure everything was served just right. The view over the garden area was an added bonus and made the morning feel even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience from the atmosphere to the service."
