"Lovely hotel and great restaurant food"

"Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, bar and restaurant downstairs, short taxi ride from the train station. World of Wedgewood and the Wedgewood Museum were well worth another taxi ride, and Hanley Park (large and beautiful) was a short walk away. Shower was lukewarm, not sure if that’s because we stayed in a handicapped room. Otherwise perfect!"

"The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming and were very accommodating when we asked for extra pillows. There is no coffee or tea in room; Only in the lobby. There's always loads available and boiling water too, and as the hotel is so small it's really not a bother to get tea or coffee in the morning or any time in the day! The hotel room was lovely and clean and airy, for the price it's perfect. As for parking. The carpark is great, secure and has cameras, also available is electric charging points (7kwh) and is super easy to use, which is perfect for saving money on rapid chargers. Overall a fantastic hotel and for value for money it's unmatched!"

"Absolutely lovely hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, room was perfectly clean and lovely. Parking available but it was full so we used one just over the road and it cost us just over a £5 with the hotel discount for overnight parking. "
