"The hostel has a good location, with a lot of dining options within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and I found the hostel to be both clean and comfortable to stay in. Sadly, there was a problem with the Wifi during my stay, and it caused me some problems."

"A weight bench a one set of dumbbells is not a gym. I couldn’t vouch for access to the pool, because there was no one at reception during my checkin, checkout or stay. The signs say male showers are on each level but they are either on alternate levels. The showers are adequate but annoying that you have to exit the shower to turn them on. Suggestions, perhaps a shelf in the capsule to put charging devices on, and a towel. I thought towels were standard with ‘bedding supplied’ accommodation now!"

"You get what you pay for. Beds have no privacy, blanket is incredibly thin, there's little to no sound isolation, and to be honest the rooms smell kind of bad. Lots of disrespectful backpacker-type tourists, many of whom don't respect the rules (including taking off shoes). When I arrived at my hostel, I am shocked by the amount of maids that was staying there as well (not that it matter) until the boss of these maids actually mistook me as one. And I arrived here early evening, being so tired I wish to have a quick nap without being disturbed. "Super convenient and value for money. Next to one north MRT and two shopping malls with easy access to food and grocery. Room is small but no issue for short 2-3 days stay. Only problem is temperature inconsistent for the shower. "

"Great stay in a nicely renovated hotel. Lovely service from the staff, very attentive and always got a smile on their faces. The room was a little small, but was sufficient for a business traveler. Only improvement is signage - it was a bit hard to find. Perhaps a bigger sign indicating that the Hotel Lobby is on L2 will help. Will definitely come back next time."
