"Rooms interior need update. Perfect location. Food is average. After checkout we’ve been asked to wait for a couple minutes till someone will check if we took something from the fridge. We said , we didn’t take anything, but they still need to check. Please, there is the other way to deal with that issue. You just showed us that you don’t trust your guests and told us in our face. You are 5 stars hotel. Overall nice stay. "

"Staff at Kosa Hotel were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Some distance from the town so a car is necessary for going out to dinner. Hotel lacking maintenance in some areas. Pool area is very nice. Free parking was a bonus. "
